Corporations, registered charities, government agencies, established event planners, etc are requested the event industry standard of 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance no later than 30-days following our performance. This applies to multi-event, mult-bookings as well.
Returning clients may be extended the same industry standard (50/50).
New private clients, regardless of venue, pay 100% of all fees at booking.
Cancellation Policy: When we book a reservation, that time is removed from our inventory of saleable time. We reject any and all offers for it, regardless of who asks and what they might pay. Therefore, cancellation for any reason other than the legal principle known as Force Majeure (in plain language people usually call this an act of god), does not release you from the obligation to pay the full amount of the booking, including any deposit, settlement, travel or other agreed money.
Of course, if we perform at the event and you are not 100% satisfied any reason, we will refund of all money paid.
